"You're Pokemon is all healed, sir," a kind woman softly stated. I averted my gaze to her light-green eyes and her obviously faked smile.
"Thank you," I sighed as I slowly got to my feet. I never liked pokemon centers because I was far too impatient. I'd prefer to continue traveling with my trusty companion, than to sit and wait for a nurse to fix my Pokemon's injuries.

Though, I thought to myself. Maybe I shouldn't be so reckless with my pal....

I revealed a soft smile as a smaller-than-average Vulpix trotted around the front desk. He looked up at me with a rainbow of happiness beaming from his eyes as he gently shook his four tiny, curled tails.

Four tails, I thought to myself again, And it's been two years... He's getting old already.

"Looking as good as ever, Sapphire," I smiled as I looked down upon his tiny body. He released a cute, cheerful squeal and ran the short distance from the front desk to my feet. I slowly knelt down, gently placed my hand on Sapphire's skull, and scratched lightly behind his ears. His dull red fur was exceptionally thin and soft, but his body was definitely warm. He leaned into my hand and closed his eyes for a brief moment, enjoying the attention he was receiving. After a while I slowly got back to my feet and began to walk for the exit; a automatic sliding double door. Just before I reached the exit, the doors zipped open quickly. All I saw was a red and yellow blob sprint through the door and crash into me.

I slowly opened my eyes... I was face down on the floor with Sapphire licking my cheek in concern.
"I'm sorry," an emotional voice said hesitantly. "I'm so so sorry." Regret seemed to build as voice continuously repeated itself. I interrupted it's repetition with a loud groan, slowly rolling myself onto my ass. I looked down to find a pair of small, blue running shoes. I slowly shifted my vision up a slim pair of legs, along a slender waist, and over a pair of large breasts to notice a blond-haired girl standing over me. She was rather attractive, in my opinion. Unfortunately for me, a sharp wave of pain surged through my forehead. I quickly clutched my skull and groaned in pain.
"What the hell did I hit?" I asked through my groan.
"The floor," she stated rather sarcastically, but still with that worried look upon her face.
"Thank you, but I meant before that." I slowly got to my feet, afraid to show weakness... Though it seemed a bit too late for that.
"Me," She said reluctantly.

I began to think to myself again: I got taken down by her? It felt like I got hit by another fucking truck.

As soon as I gathered my thoughts, I found a hand pointed in my direction.
"I'm sorry," the girl said again.
I slowly and carefully shook her hand, and began to observe her figure. Long, down-to-her-waist long, hair. Blond, too, with bangs down to her shoulders. I memorized everything I saw as I continued to examined her face. She had high cheek bones with a decent pair of big, blue eyes that seemed to have both a hint of gentleness and a vast amount of energy.
"What are you staring at?" she scowled at me.
"Sorry," I said, quickly pulling my hand away, "Admiration for a new person comes across as being a creep. I'm sorry for doing such." She was rather shocked by my bluntness, but I decided to continue with being a bit forward: "My name is Sam, what's yours?"
"Danica," she nearly whispered, "But you can call me Dani."

As least she trusted me enough to know that, I observed, but that was probably out of pity on my sake. She still looks--

My thoughts were quickly interrupted by a short bark by Sapphire, which was then followed by a low and awkward purr. I smiled and knelt to the floor and slowly opened the lower pocket of my backpack.
"You're a trainer too?" Danica, asked. I nodded, not looking up, and continued to search through my unorganized cluster of things.
"Are you?" I nearly blurted out as I pulled out a tiny, yellow, pear-shaped berry.
"Yeah," she stated, again with a hint of sarcasm behind her voice.
"Really? Where is your Pokemon," I asked. I zipped up my backpack, threw it over my shoulder, handed the berry to my Vulpix, and got to my feet again.

I shouldn't have asked such a stupid question, I practically screamed at myself with in the saftey in my own mind, we're in a Pokemon center for christ's sake! Her pokemon is probably behind that desk, like all injured Pokemon are...

I was in luck. A cute-looking Cyndaquil stepped out from around the corner.

That seems to fit its trainer quite well, I smiled as I looked back over at Dani, They're both quite cute.

"You know what they say when two trainers make eye contact," I smirked at her, hoping I could see get a quick battle out of her before I had to begrudgingly leave. She responded a smug smile; she was obviously a little eager.
"Anything to get to the top," she stated boldly. Without another word, both of us calmly walked out of the Pokemon center with our trusty companions following close behind.
So, this chapter is written Sam's point of view, just to tell you all. And my collab partner, Sam, wrote this chapter. He's amazing!~

So did I make you mad, or you just get tired of talking to me?
